Be amazed at what you can do.
Move forward with awareness. Breathe. Know that this situation will not last forever. Release the struggle, experience the emotions, even the unpleasant ones, breathing and believing in a higher power, a larger plan, of which we know nothing. We only see in this moment. Whether it is pleasant or a struggle, experience this moment fully, for it will pass on into other moments. It will not come again.
We choose the way to follow the path but it is placed before us in a way we do not comprehend. Quiet, obedient following or loud, resistant struggling to find our own way, it will be there for us if we open our hearts to what the universe offers. Straining and striving to see what we are not yet seeing intensifies the anxiety but does not offer satisfaction.
Find gratitude for each moment. Open your heart with loving kindness. Walk in grace without fear.
